This site was founded with one purpose: to help people self-treat and prevent back pain.

The main author of this site was diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager and has spent the past few decades developing methodologies to prevent back pain from occurring and—in cases of crisis—alleviate pain and recover functionality.

This is not a quick-fix: taking personal responsibility for your back care requires commitment and diligence. But the rewards of having a pain-free back, relief from sciatica, and a renewed quality of life are more than worth it!
