OPTIONAL: Rolling Pin Massage

It’s surprising how often tight leg muscles contribute to lower back stiffness! If you should find yourself with a knotted area in your legs or hips, sit down so that your leg muscles are not flexed, and grab a rolling pin. Roll the pin, using as much pressure as is comfortable, directly over the area of tightness. Keep at it for about 30 seconds, and repeat it as often as you like.
