Stand a few feet away from a wall, facing toward it. Spread your legs apart a little wider than shoulder-width, and then move your right foot away from the wall another six inches or so. If necessary, rest your hands on the wall for balance. Move your center of gravity toward your right leg, keeping the left leg extended and straight with the foot flat on the floor. Repeat with the other leg.
