Stand next to a door frame, about eight inches away. Raise your arm so that it forms a 90-degree angle with your torso; bend your elbow so that your forearm forms a 90-degree angle relative to your biceps. Place your forearm on the door frame and maintain the bend in your elbow. Step forward slightly so that the upper arm is drawn slightly behind the plane of the body.
