This pose is inspired by the Alexander Technique (you can learn more about it by contacting a certified Alexander Technique instructor). Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands gently on your stomach. Breath calmly. On each exhale, consciously relax all tight areas of your neck and back. Stay in Alexanderish Pose as long as you like, but about two minutes at a minimum.
