Gently tilt your head back a few degrees, just until you feel a mild stretch along the front of your neck and under the chin. After a count of 10, gently angle your chin toward the left until you feel a mild stretch along the right sternocleidomastoid. Hold for a count of 10 and then gently angle your chin toward the right until you feel a mild stretch along the left sternocleidomastoid. Return to a standard, erect posture after a final count of 10.
